This will give us a chance to discuss and customize your order, schedule a delivery date, and choose a shipping option that works best for you.
Once your order has been finalized, we will send you a confirmation e-mail for your approval with the total price including applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges.

All payments must be received before products will be shipped.
Prepayment method options
♦ Once your order has been finalized, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address, which you may pay with PayPal or another major credit card. Please note that 50% of the credit card fees will be added.
♦ You may send another type of electronic payment to email@example.com.
♦ We can take your credit card information over the telephone.
♦ If you prefer to pay with a personal check (payable to BACKSPACE INK), please deduct the credit card fees.
Once we have received your prepayment, we will ship your order. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will contact you immediately.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ORDER?
If we made a mistake on your order, a refund, a credit, or an exchange (your choice) will be given and returns will be accepted for the following situations:
♦ If we sent you the wrong items;
♦ If the items are defective; or
♦ If the items have been damaged during shipping.
You must contact us via e-mail or call 650.355.4640 within 5 business days after you have received the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise in order to receive the refund, credit, or exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise to us. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund, a credit, or an exchange, excluding the cost of returning the incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
