Parade is comin' down the street,

Watchin' the floats a' floatin' by

Clarinets and piccolos
Make you want to tap your toes;
As the tuba plays um-pah-pah,
The people shout "Hurrah, hurrah!"
Parade passes by.
Majorettes spin batons
While the band plays marching songs,
Clowns a' dancin' down the street
To the sounds of that big band beat
While clowns pass by.
